Training in patient management. PerioCentrum clinics always updating our team
At PerioCentrum we are aware that excellent patient care happens not only because of having great clinical professionals, but also because in the area of administration the best standards and clinical management protocols are developed.
With that goal in mind, and always counting on training and teamwork as the basic tool for growth and development of our staff, an internal meeting with team professionals from the different PerioCentrum clinics was held on September 14th. The objective was to share management and administration protocols and best practices related to dealing with patients.
We spent the day with different presentations and moments of debate regarding the different patient assistance protocols from each clinic:
- New trends and paradigm changes in the dental clinic. Dr. Alberto Ortiz-Vigón, Clinical Director of PerioCentrum Bilbao.
- The value of a brand. Mr. Matthew Borgens, General Manager of the PerioCentrum Group.
- First visits, quotes, and how to improve patient acceptance of quotes. Ms. Regina Campos and Mr. Matthew Borgens.
